{"id":133,"date":"2023-09-09T14:37:24","date_gmt":"2023-09-09T14:37:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/doradoflyfishing.com\/?page_id=133"},"modified":"2024-07-15T20:09:37","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T20:09:37","slug":"jetuu-cabana-de-esteros","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/doradoflyfishing.com\/?page_id=133","title":{"rendered":"JETU&#8217;U"},"content":{"rendered":"<!-- wp:themify-builder\/canvas \/-->\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_static--><h1>JETU&#8217;U<\/h1> <h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Marsh and river, the best of both worlds\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h3>Location<\/h3> <p>Located on the middle section of the Parana river below the town of Goya, Jetu&#8217;u sits on the banks of the Isoro marsh national preserve. \u00a0You can spend your day chasing dorado, piranha, chafalote (dog or vampire fish), tararira (wolf fish), and other species in the marsh, or venture out into the middle Parana to chase big dorado. \u00a0Two different fisheries at one lodge!<\/p>\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m14!1m12!1m3!1d111170.3077563924!2d-59.4809209143392!3d-29.47961659468985!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!5e0!3m2!1ses-419!2sar!4v1720914138446!5m2!1ses-419!2sar\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"><\/iframe>\n<h3>Fishing<\/h3> <p>Jetu&#8217;u is located south of the city of Goya on the Isoro marsh. \u00a0The marsh itself is part of a natural preserve and full of small to medium sized fish that are often happy to eat\u00a0surface flies as well as streamers.<\/p> <p>While you can spend days on the marsh, a short boat ride from the lodge and you are on the middle section of the Parana. \u00a0Here you will be fishing sand banks, logs, clear water lagoons that mix with the main river, and sand flats.<\/p> <p>The waters on the middle Parana tend to run with a bit more color than the upper section which can mean shorter casts and a bit less wary fish. fishing! \u00a0Escape the weather and enjoy some great fishing.<\/p>\n<h3>Two styles, one lodge.<\/h3> <p>Jetu&#8217;u is suited for every level of dorado angler. \u00a0Anglers new to fly fishing for dorado and people who want a casual fishing day will enjoy the fishing in the marsh. When you get the itch to test your skills on a shot at larger fish you can head out to the big river.<\/p> <p>The location of the lodge gives you unparalleled and uncrowded access to both fisheries.<\/p>\n<h3>DAILY ROUTINE<\/h3> <p>You will typically leave early in the morning and fish until mid day. \u00a0You will head back to the lodge for lunch and a siesta, or visit a local city of Goya on the Isoro marsh. \u00a0The marsh itself is part of a natural preserve and full of small to medium sized fish that are often happy to eat\u00a0surface flies as well as streamers.<\/p> <p>While you can spend days on the marsh, a short boat ride from the lodge and you are on the middle section of the Parana. \u00a0Here you will be fishing sand banks, logs, clear water lagoons that mix with the main river, and sand flats.<\/p> <p>The waters on the middle Parana tend to run with a bit more color than the upper section which can mean shorter casts and a bit less wary fish. Remember to strip your fly all the way to the boat here!<\/p>\n[gallery ids=\"2402,2403,2404,2405,2406,2407,2408,2409\"]\n<h3>Beat the heat trips<\/h3> <p>When things are hot and humid in the North American summer, Jetu'u has comfortable temperatures, and some great fishing! \u00a0Escape the weather and enjoy some great fishing.<\/p>\n<h3>Two styles, one lodge.<\/h3> <p>Jetu'u is suited for every level of dorado angler. \u00a0Anglers new to fly fishing for dorado and people who want a casual fishing day will enjoy the fishing in the marsh.
